For my next trip to Laos I travers border by the bridge of friendly Lao-thai. Borders city are Nongkai Thai side and Vientian Laos side. Before travers bridge an ads tell you that: Laos is an unsafe country and in case of problem you cannot expect any help. Who are lao people? they are Thais for their kidness but more poor than Issan. Most of cars who are used there have been stolen from country around especialy in thailand! easy to guess car from thailand get right wheel drive and to exchange that lao don't hesitate to cut in 5 parts the board and re install whell drive on left side! taxi who drop me from border to city let me enough time to test all pray as possible! speed + sleck tire+ shock abosorber dead +off road +rain+crazy driver! guess? i m still alive? so i prayed hardly!!

In Laos i was racketed by a policeman. so! this is an usafe country to go there!. But one thing is true people is always gentle an friendly! I met people who spoke french with me with nostalgy in a voice but discuss must be very ordinary coz you never now you speak with!!!. And about customer very inquisitor "where are you going? why?" and same at come back! " where have you been where did you sleep? who did you meet?" I appologize for my photo not very organized but i didn't have enough to make a site like thelaos . after the police racket i was so upted that i came back hotel and go back spend my money in thailand not in Laos.

For this trip we will start you and me from somewhere betwheen Yasothon and Nangkai (Thailand) in a bus 5 seat per line that farangs don't know and never use!. No air con no confort; doors does n't lock and it rain inside the bus! on the last seat.
